Project Manager – Digital Health Solutions – Norway


We are looking for a Project Manager to support implementation of our Digital Health Solutions (DHS). Getinge DHS provides systems for operating rooms, intensive care units, central sterile supply departments and other hospital divisions by connecting products or offering IT solutions that improve efficiency. As Project Manager you will have a key role in securing that our solutions are implemented with the highest quality.

This role will be based out of our Oslo office and will support implementation projects primarily in Norway but also in the Nordics and as well as other possible worldwide locations as required. You will be part of a global team of Project Managers and report to the Senior Manager Delivery Excellence based in Copenhagen.

 

In this role you will be required to work in close cooperation with a broad number of stakeholders to include customers, Technical Service Specialists, Sales Managers and Service Technicians. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • End-to-end project management of implementation projects to secure on time delivery to meet customer expectations. This includes project planning, resource and budget estimation and allocation, customer acceptance and risk management.
  • Acting as the primary After-Sales customer touchpoint during the implementation phase of a DHS project. 
  • Working directly with our customers to understand their unique requirements, situation and scope. 
  • Travel to customers sites, as required, for Project Management tasks related to planning, tracking work during an implementation, and/or related to the closure of projects.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to continue to improve and update best practices for our project management approach 
  • Project Manage Internal DHS Strategic Consolidation Projects

Your experience includes:   

  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience working as a project manager
  • PRINCE2 or PMI certification 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in implementation of software solutions is a requirement
  • Experience from the healthcare industry is an advantage 
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent communication, written and spoken in Norwegian and English as well as good communication in other Scandinavian languages


To help meet our goals of becoming CO2 neutral by 2025, we travel only if we must. In this role, you will be required to travel up to customers sites for implementation projects primarily in Norway but sometimes in the Nordics.
