Our company is a fast-growing and listed tech company specializing in end-to-end business software, including production optimization, accounting, banking, fintech and AI. We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our highly skilled and ambitious team. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to drive strategy and execution across the organization. The Chief of Staff will also work with the board and help prepare materials ahead of important investor meetings. This is a unique opportunity for a professional to work closely with the CEO and management team early in their career.

 

Responsibility:

  • Participates with the CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, development, decision-making and execution.
  • On ad-hoc basis lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency across the organization
  • Use and analyze data from internal and external data sources, e.g., market, businesses, and customers, to foster data driven decisions for the management and board of directors
  • Coordinate and prioritize the management’s schedule and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Acts as the liaison between CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.

Qualifications:

  • Completed a Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, management, computer science or similar, with strong academic results.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in management consulting, technology, finance, banking, start-up or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills, high working capacity and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in analysis and reporting tools, e.g., excel, tableau, powerbi. Knowledge with some programming would be an advantage
