As a Technical Help Desk you will work closely with Head of Production to secure efficient and excellent implementations. Working on multiple tasks at a fast pace is business as usual. The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver, that wants to exceed expectations, is eager to learn and improve. On daily basis you will:
Provide onsite, phone, email, and chat support for end-user systems and applications
In collaboration with team members and IT leadership, implement great support processes, procedures, and documentation
Investigate, reproduce and resolve issues connected with the daily production workflow
Assess the scale of potential issues, solve them or escalate them if required
Assist Customer Service and Gelato Network print partners with technical support
Create and maintain best practice documentation for the support of Gelato Network
Support with launching new Gelato Network print partners
Identify opportunities for business enablement through smart use of technology
Write clear, concise documentation for team members and Gelato printers
Evaluate and recommend new software platforms and services
VI SØKER DEG SOM
A minimum of B.S. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 1-3 years of Desktop Support and Engineering experience
Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system and application support
Knowledge of Linux operating system is an advantage
Experience in supporting global users, applications, and endpoints with automated tool
Experience supporting a 24x7 user population in a global company
Experience supporting TCP/IP networks, LAN/WAN and wireless networking
Experience in communication and collaboration technologies
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt, change and grow quickly as we build the organization
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to details
Good interpersonal skills to deal with users who may have little technical knowledge
All candidates should be business-fluent in English; the most competitive candidates will have additional language skills
Full-time position based in Oslo
