Would you like to be a part of developing and improving processes? Are you the one we are locking for?

Division Fixed and TV has the total responsibility for Telenor?s deliveries for broadband, TV and landline to the Norwegian consumer market. Investment and Roll out Coordination (IRC) is a unit in the Fixed and TV division in Telenor Norway AS and Process Transformation department is a part of this unit.

The Process Transformation department?s responsibility is to drive improvement to achieve well-functional customer journey, ensure effective processes, roles and governance end to end. Currently the main focus is related to Telenor?s deliveries of fiber to households in Norway.

As a process architect you will be a part of this department and you will have a key role in developing, improving and documenting processes end to end and within Fixed and TVs area. You will work across all departments within the Fixed & TV value chains. Extensive collaboration and alignment across the organization will be part of your responsibility, as well as involvement and communication at a medium- and top management level

Job description

  • Develop, improve and maintain common process framework  including continuous improvement
  • Project management (including structured problem solving, stakeholder management and communication) in process redesign and process improvement projects
  • Assist process owners and managers to uncover, prioritize and implement process improvement
  • Analyze operational / business issues and propose improvements that meet requirements related to customer experience and process efficiency across all processes involved end to end
  • Develop, manage and report KPIs for process efficiency and process quality end to end
  • Ensure cooperation and adjustment across all processes involved end to end

Qualifications

  • Experience within organizational transformation and change management, business process re-engineering (BPR) and process improvement in large business operations
  • High ability to understand and develop processes
  • Solid business understanding
  • Ability to simplify and solve complex problems and work together with operational as well as stakeholders/management level and clear communication
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from independently work at an operational level as well as facilitate and drive processes within processes redesign,  process improvement and process documentation
  • Education and experience from process optimization methodology, such as Lean, Service Design and agile development methodologies
  • Master?s degree in economics, information technology or similar 
  • Experience from one of the leading Consultancies
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in Norwegian and English
  • Personal fit deemed necessary for the position will be emphasized
